Here Comes Cordelia Pt 2!

Since the posting of the article "Here Comes Cordelia" yesterday. ONzLAH recieved tons of emails from our readers. Many have expressed interests in knowing more about Cordelia wile some were protesting on the photos we posted.

Perhaps I should put some clarification to some of the questions.

QNs: Why are you posting CORDELIA who is now a FHM Model? Do you have the RIGHTs to even post the girl's photos?

ANs: Every media has the right to post pictures of any girls as long as there are no infringement of Privacy, Decency or Intellectual Proerty. In this case, ONzLAH have the clearance and permission in writing from the Client to post the mentioned photographs.

The Model Release is also signed at the end of that assignment to allow the Client full rights to the photographs.

So far no Companies, Clients or any one has called to object the posting.

The only one whom I can imagine is the model herself strangling me and repeating "UNGLAM! UNGLAM! UNGLAM!"

QNs: Did you have the OK from FHM to even post Cordelia's Pictures?

Ans: As these pictures do not belong to FHM and As the pictures were taken before Cordelia became a FHM Girl, there is no reason or logic to seek permission from FHM when we decided to post these pictures.

QNs: Are you sure ONzLAH did not steal these pictures from somewhere?
Ans: *Smile* Yes, we are pretty sure. These pictures are works from Simon and Tennas (Myself). We took the pictures.

Questions needs Answers

Questions and Answers. Questions needs to be answer and I think this article serves the purpose.

We received some questions over the weekend so dear Tennas decided that he will try his best to answer them.

In response to some queries from one Mr Loh on one of the assignments which ONzLAH posted for models to take up an charity event. His questions mainly revolve around three main points.


1) If there is a Charity Event in December, why his model friends are not aware and are not invited to the event?

Answer from ONzLAH: ONzLAH is a Concierge Service. We do not manipulate client's decision to hire who nor do we have a say as to who should be at the event.

As we have briefed the Models we interviewed, we have clearly stated that it will be a Private Charity event planned for December thus it will be the client's decision to announce the actual event through client's own Event Planning Committee.

ONzLAH simply assist the client in providing a list of models for the Event Planning Committee to choose from.


2) If it is a Charity Event, how come your client is willing to pay $***@hour? Shouldn't it be free?

Answer from ONzLAH: Nothing in life comes free even for the case of Charity. As I have mentioned, ONzLAH simply assist the client in providing a list of models for the Event Planning Committee to choose from.

The amount to pay is decided by the Client. ONzLAH will pay according what the Client instructs.


3) If your Client is willing to pay $*** for Charity event. The whole thing sounds dodgey! Maybe that's why my friends are not invited.

Answer from ONzLAH: My emphasis on this issue is that we do not decide the guest lists nor do we have a say as to who should be at the event.

Dodgey Services? I believe on July 2nd 2008, ONzLAH published a notice against immoral services provided by models during assignments. ONzLAH not only condemns such acts but will immediately terminate and ban the use of Models who are known to have provide such services.

For any events or private functions, ONzLAH will assign Nannies to ensure the safety of the Models. Our clients are also briefed that we at ONzLAH are not Social Escort Services nor are we providing any "Specials".


We recieved another Query from Miss Khan.

1) Who is the Client and what is the Selection Criteria?

Answer from ONzLAH: At a Concierge Service, We keep the identity of our Clients' confidential. So as to say, Unless the client wishes to reveal their identity, our mouth and fingers are zipped.

As for the selection criteria, ONzLAH will do the first round of interview and all the consolidated information will be presented to the client for selection. The selection will be based on the Client but not on ONzLAH.

I hope the above questions will help clear some doubts. ONzLAH will follow strict regulations defined in the Statues of the Republic of Singapore in our assignments and works towards accomplishing Client's needs and at the same time Protecting our work partners'safety and interests.


One Question from Mr Felix.

1) Why did ONzLAH use photos that belongs to other photographers without permission?


Answer from ONzLAH: ONzLAH would like to ensure all Photographs used by ONzLAH belongs to our ONzLAH's in house Photographers and all photographs used have been endorsed and granted permission by our models backed with Release Forms.

In the case of Models used pictures taken by other photographers to apply for our ONzLAH assignment, ONzLAH will not take any responsibility to what the Models send us as we have no control to what the models will send us.
