Along Townshend Road which junction Jln Besar Road, we were told that there is a Laksa stall that cooks it the traditional way. They have one of the best Laksa Gravy . Why is that so? I believe it is beacuse the stall is Charcoal Powered.
ONz tried and and ONz confirmed that their Gravy is thick and aromatic. Maybe it is due the the gravy being cooked so slowly with charcoal fire that the taste of the ingredients mixed so smoothly with each other.
